Instructions
Firstly, add oil to a frying pan and add broccoli, pepper, and spring onions. Fry for 5 minutes.

Then, preheat the oven to 200°C and oil a muffin tin.
Whisk the egg and almond milk while adding paprika and cheese. Then, add all the fried veggies.

Pour the mixture into the muffin tin and top it with cheese.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until it's cooked through.
