Instructions
Steam and mince the broccoli. Also, make sure you have 2 to 2 ½ cups

In a medium-sized bowl, add eggs and torn bread. Mix until the bread moistens.

Now, add onion, mayonnaise, cheese, pepper, zest, salt, and also, minced broccoli.

Then, preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat two mini muffin pans with olive oil and distribute the batter equally.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F, until it turns brown at the top.
